Our approach to your project needs
1. Initial Assessment & Viability
We look at each project and conduct a high-level assessment as to its viability based on your objectives. Is it buy, develop, sell? Buy develop, hold and rent or perhaps a combination of both options?
2. Survey & Site Inspection
If the project looks like it will financially stack up, we conduct a more thorough detailed analysis based on the findings of a contour survey and site inspection. We feed this information back to you to ensure we are meeting budget and timing expectations and reconfirm our cost expectations.
3. Concept Drawings & Designs
If we collectively agree the project is still viable, we then complete the design briefing stage and deliver the concept drawings and designs.
4. Project Cost Assessment
Upon acceptance and your total satisfaction with the design outcomes, we proceed with finalising the project cost assessment and provide a fixed price quote to complete the project.
5. Contract Preparation
If we have done our job effectively, we will have met your expectations and we can move quickly through to the administration and approval phase and prepare contracts to enable us to commence on site as quickly as possible.
