This project encompassed three green titled lots, followed by a four-lot survey strata subdivision and
required close collaboration with our surveying partners.

We provided services to all lots, pre-laid construction services and built the retaining walls for our client
to aid them with the build.

We successfully completed the subdivision within the predetermined timeframe and budget, and our
clients are now working with our sister company to sell the land using their house and land model.
